Exploration and Practice of Cultivating High-Level Talents in Water Environment Monitoring and Treatment through the Integration of Posts, Courses, Competitions, and Certifications

Abstract—With the industrial upgrading and high-quality development of the environmental water industry, the requirements for talents in water environment monitoring and treatment have gradually increased. This paper aims to explore and practice the integrated mode of “posts, courses, competitions, and certifications” related to water environment monitoring and treatment, which combines relevant courses with job demands, vocational skills competitions, and vocational skill level certificates. By analyzing the current status of course teaching, this study is guided by job demands and carries out teaching reforms in terms of course content, teaching methods, and evaluation, aiming to improve students’ comprehensive professional abilities and employment competitiveness. This research provides practical ideas and practical cases for curriculum reform in vocational colleges and is of great significance for improving education quality and meeting the demand for highly skilled talents in the environmental water industry.
